The staff of the Norcross Wildlife Foundation invites the public to find out more about all that Norcross has to offer, at an open house to be held on Earth Day, April 22nd. Join us at our Administration Building at 30 Peck Road for tours, displays, and family-oriented hands-on activities such as helping to plant a native plant meadow, crafting a butterfly life cycle wheel for children, a nature scavenger hunt and more!

Our public trails will be closed on the Juneteenth Holiday, Monday, June 19th. Trails will reopen to the public on Tuesday, June 20th at 8:30 am.
Join us on a walk through our Sanctuary every Wednesday morning beginning June 21 and ending on September 6.
Observe a variety of habitats along the way as we travel on paths not typically available to the public. You never know what types of flora and fauna we will see!
These walks are geared for adults and are generally 3-4 miles at a medium to quick pace.
Meet at the Visitor Center kiosk. Walks begin promptly at 8:00 am.
Join Bill and Pam Lefferts of Ferncroft Wildlife Rescue for an overview of wildlife rehabilitation and the role of rehabbers with a focus on opossums and their rescue efforts with them, supporting wildlife during the winter, preparing emergency roadside kits, turning your property into a sanctuary, learning more about becoming a rehabber or a wildlife volunteer. Ambassador opossums will be in attendance for a meet and greet!
