Winter Mindfulness Yoga with Lisa
Event Description: Hike & Mindfulness Yoga Session
Join us for a rejuvenating combination of nature and mindfulness! This event is designed to help you de-stress, recharge, and reset. We’ll start with a refreshing 15-minute outdoor hike to connect with nature and get our energy flowing. The hike will be followed by a calming, indoor mindfulness yoga session. This session focuses on combining movement with mindful breathing to promote physical and emotional well-being.
No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to slow down and breathe!
About the Instructor
The yoga session will be led by Lisa Ronaldson, a dedicated local yoga instructor and owner of Ultimate Alignment in Monson. Lisa brings expertise in Holistic Physical Therapy and specializes in Whole Body Wellness. Her teaching style is designed to foster deep mind-body balance, creating a transformative experience for participants.
