Get ready to roll up your sleeves, grab a net, and dive into the world of freshwater ecosystems! In Freshwater Field Lab, you’ll wade into shallow streams to search for aquatic insects, tiny fish, amphibians, and other creatures that call the water home. Using small nets and keen observation skills, you’ll become a field scientist — collecting, identifying, and learning about the incredible biodiversity thriving just below the surface. This program is best suited for children ages 15 to 18. Registration is required.
